Angeles N. Ochoa was born on October 2nd in Mexico City. She made her first musical appearance at the tender age of six at a church festival. Sometime after, Angeles performed with stars such as Pedro Vargas and Dora Maria at the Grito de Independencia ceremony, organized by Mexico's Consulate in New York.

Angeles has participated in countless successful events and shows. Her first was the OTI Festival with "Mensajera de Amor" and she followed with the "Juguemos a Cantar" international tour. Her most frequent appearances are at the "Mexico Lindo y Querido Festival; the Calle 8 Festival; Seville's World Exposition; the Latin Music Festival Viva Chicago; the ¡Viva el Mariachi! Music Festival - San Diego; and "L.A. Fiesta Broadway" among others.

Angeles' first recording, "Gracias Amigos", was recorded under Rigoberto Alfaro's direction and production, with the participation of Mariachi Oro y Plata. Her second and third albums titled "La Nueva Imagen de la Cancion Ranchera" and "Ni a Sol ni a Sombra" were produced by Pedro Ramirez. Her fourth recording titled "Vine solo a Cantar" was recorded under Homero Patron's direction and is an Enrique Okamura production; it includes six songs by Juan Gabriel, with special arrangements for Angeles's voice. Her fifth recording is titled "Juntito a Ti" and was produced and directed by Homero Patron; it includes ten songs composed by renowned composers such as Ricardo Ceratto and Leonel Morales among others. Her latest recording, "Sentimiento Norteno" was produced by Ramon Ayala and co-produced by Angeles herself; it includes "Su todo, Su nada" written by Joan Sebastian and accompanied by the band, "Bravos del Norte".

Throughout her musical career, Angeles has received the following awards: "Ovacion 105" for her recording "Dejame en Paz"; the "Aplauso 98" Award by FM-98 Radio station in Los Angeles, CA; the award "Revelacion Solista del Ano", awarded to the best singer within the Regional Mexican Category by Billboard Magazine; and the "El Canto de Oro" Recognition. Angeles received the Platinum Record for her brilliant participation in the "Mexico, Voz y Sentimiento I y II" albums and a Golden Record for "Boleros Voz y Sentimiento."

In 2007, Angeles had her hands molded in a plaque and inserted at the "Paseo de las Estrellas" (Walk of Fame) in Mexico City. In 2008 and 2009, she was invited to participate in concerts in homages to Agustin Lara, Tomas Mendez and Gloria Estefan.
